How to fix the grey face

Hi guys, there's a grey face error happened when I use the mod for Charles De Ketelare and i'm trying to fix it. I tried to fix it using the Gzs Tool and stuff but it just did not work. Hope I can find some help.
The problem is with the ID.
You must be installing the wrong texture file when you are installing the ID.
